Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BookAIStudio website and the AI 10-Hour Blueprint assessment service (the "Service"). By accessing the Site, using the chat widget, submitting a form, or purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

BookAIStudio provides AI Tools Assessment reports, business workflow analysis, AI/automation recommendations, step-by-step implementation instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related business consulting support (collectively, the "Deliverables") for small and mid-size businesses. The Service is delivered by an AI-assisted analysis process and final human review before reports are shared with clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent to purchase or use the Service.

3. Purchase, Pricing, and Payment

• The Service is a one-time purchase (currently $999 USD, subject to change) paid through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
• You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to authorize us to charge the fees shown at checkout.
• All prices are stated in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, for which you may be responsible.
• The Service is delivered as described in the marketing materials; additional done-for-you implementation services are quoted separately and are never included unless expressly stated.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Reports and recommendations are based on the information you provide and current market conditions. Business outcomes depend on implementation, team follow-through, the tools you choose, your market, and other factors entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, profit, or number of hours saved, except for the specific "Find 3+ hours or 100% refund" guarantee described in the Refund Policy. You are solely responsible for results of using any recommendations.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business during onboarding, interviews, chats, and uploads.
• Review recommendations and make your own final business decisions.
• Protect your own accounts, passwords, passcodes, and report links.
• Not share or resell the Deliverables without our written permission.
• Notify us promptly if any contact or billing information changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All Deliverables, reports, templates, SOPs, branding, and content provided through the Service remain the property of BookAIStudio or its licensors. Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Deliverables for any third party without written consent.

6. Report Access and Credentials

Private report links, temporary passcodes, and passwords are for the intended client only. Do not share them with unauthorized people. You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials. We may terminate access if we believe credentials are being misused or shared.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attack, probe, or interfere with the systems; attempt to access another client's account or data; scrape, copy, or republish private reports without permission; use the Service in violation of law or to harm others.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OF ANY ASSESSMENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BookAIStudio, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR DELIVERABLES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookAIStudio and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may include links to third-party tools, websites, or services (for example, tools we recommend). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy below. Any cancellation must be requested by email; delivered custom reports are not refundable after delivery except as stated in the Refund Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation by email. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder remains in force. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form the entire agreement between you and BookAIStudio regarding the Service.
